Our Plant Features
- All types Zinc plating facilities available with huge capacity, approx. 30-35 Tones/day
- Partwise special copper made jigs/hanger for better conduction
- Oven install in Plating line upto 250 deg. temperature. (Hydrogen De-Embrittlement)
- Additional cleaning process like 2 Anodic cleaning, 2 acid cleaning with 14 water rinses, total tank -29 nos
- Individual IGBT air drying rectifier for all plating & anodic tank with 150 % capacity
- Separate FG area to avoid atmospheric contamination on FG parts
- ZLD & ETP plant is available to treated the waste water
- Using branded chemical – ‘ARTEK’ with expert technician
- For cleaning we are using DM water, purchase from outside
- Inhouse all testing facilities available
- Plant is having sufficient space to store the 3 days inventory with 12000 sq.feet Garden area
- Multiple tanks of Zinc plating to reduce the cycle time
- All the basic requirement is available to meet the Suzuki standard
